How does the decision of the British electorate to leave the
European Union impact on the economy? As it is yet unclear
what kind of relationship the United Kingdom wants to
establish with the European Union, Ulrich Hoppe discusses
various scenarios.
Dr Ulrich Hoppe is Director General of the German-British
Chamber of Industry & Commerce. He holds a DiplomBetriebswirt from Hochschule Bremen, a MA degree in
International Business from the University of Reading and
a Doctorate in Governance from Queen’s University in Belfast.
The German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce is a
business to business organisation of some 750 British and
German member firms. Its mission is to promote trade and
investment between the UK and Germany.
