雇用契約に係わる覚書（日本語）
（１）次の業務を行うものとする。
○ 授業とそれに関連する課外指導及び成績評価
○ 卒業論文の指導と審査
○ 入試業務における問題の作成と試験の実施
○ 要請のあった場合には、学科又は専攻会議への出席
○ 学科又は専攻運営に関わる業務の分担および教育計画への参加
○ 要請のあった場合には、公開講座の講師など、大学の活動への参加
（２）契約期間中、理事長の許可を得ないで、他校に出講したり、他の業務
に就くことはできない。
兼業については、教職員の例による。
（３）研究活動を行い、その成果を発表することが望ましい。
（４）「紀要」に論文を投稿することができる。
（５）学生の出席の確認とその記録を始め、授業、講義、成績評価に関する
本学における慣行を尊重しつつ同僚と協力して、教育指導を行う。

You shall perform the following tasks:
○ To conduct classes, and engage in extracurricular guidance and assessment of academic
performance in connection with those classes.
○ Guidance for, and evaluation of, graduation theses.
○ To create questions for entrance examinations, and to help conduct such examinations.
○ To attend a faculty or course meeting, if requested.
○ To share tasks related to faculty or course administration, and participate in educational
planning.
○ To serve as a lecturer in public lectures, and to otherwise participate in university
activities, if requested to do so.
You shall not serve as a lecturer in any educational organization other than Aichi
Prefectural University or engage in other duties during the term of the agreement, without
obtaining the President's approval.
A subsidiary business of Party B, if any, shall be handled in the same manner as with those
of faculty members.
Preferably, you shall engage in research activities and publish the results of such research.
You may submit papers to the Bulletin published by the School of Foreign Studies.
You shall confirm and record student attendance at lectures, and otherwise engage in
education and guidance in cooperation with colleagues, while respecting the practices of
Aichi Prefectural University in regards to classes, lectures, and assessment of academic
performance.
