Notice Regarding Temporary Train/Bus Service Due to Suspended Service between Sapporo and Obihiro/Kushiro
Due to a series of typhoons making landfall in Hokkaido, railroad facilities throughout the prefecture have sustained major
damages. At this time, service on Limited Express Super Tokachi / Super Ozora between Sapporo and Obihiro/Kushiro will be
suspended until further notice ( The aimed period is by the end of year ).
For the time being, train/bus service will be provided between Sapporo-Tomamu,Obihiro-Kushiro and Tomamu-Obihiro on a
temporary basis. Bus service will be provided between Tomamu-Shintoku from October 1st.
While it may be possible to travel between Sapporo and Obihiro/Kushiro , due to the limited number of buses and required
transfers to other buses and/ or other trains, we ask you to consider the use of alternate means of transportation such as
airplane or intercity bus.
1. Service Period: from October 1st, 2016 until further notice
2. Service Area: ①Sapporo Station - Tomamu Station：Temporary Limited Express Train
②Tomamu Station - Obihiro Station / Tomamu Station - Shintoku Station：Temporary bus service
③Obihiro Station-Kushiro Station：Temporary Rapid Train
※ The bus schedule is estimated time and may be changed according to road conditions. The temporary bus service will be suspended in
the case of road closures on the bus route.
※ For taking a temporary limited express trains, a limited express ticket is required in addition to a basic fare ticket.
※ For a temporary rapid train, only a basic fare ticket is required.
※The temporary trains are only conposed of non-reserved seat cars except a First-class car (Green Car) .
※To the temporary train, the Green Car is attached. The Green Car ticket is available on the train only, not at the station.
※Seat reservation is not available for all cars.

札幌 - 帯広・釧路区間の列車運休に伴う臨時列車・代行バスの運転について
連続して北海道に上陸した台風の影響により、全道各地において鉄道施設等に大きな被害が発生しました。現在、札幌 - 帯広・釧路間の特急スーパーとかち・スーパーお
おぞらの全列車は当面の間、全区間運休します（年内の復旧を目指しています）。なお、札幌∼トマム間および帯広∼釧路間の臨時列車とトマム∼帯広間の代行バスの運転を
しております。また、10 月 1 日からトマム∼新得間の代行バスを運転します。
これにより、札幌 - 帯広・釧路の移動は可能となりますが、列車・バスの乗継であること、本数が少ないことから、札幌 - 帯広・釧路間をご利用の際には航空機・都市間
バスなど他の交通機関のご利用もご検討いただきますようお願いいたします。
1. 運行期間 :2016 年 10 月 1 日から当面の間
2. 運行区間 :①札幌∼トマム臨時特急列車 ②トマム∼帯広 / トマム∼新得代行バス ③帯広∼釧路臨時快速列車
○バスの時刻は予定時刻であり、道路状況等により遅れが発生することがあります。代行バスが経由する道路が通行止めとなった場合は、代行バスは運休となります。○臨時特急列車に乗車する際は、
乗車券のほかに特急券が必要です。臨時快速列車は乗車券のみでご乗車いただけます。○臨時列車は、グリーン車をのぞき全車自由席となります。○臨時列車は、グリーン車を連結しております。グリー
ン券は駅窓口では発売しません。車内でのみ発売します。○すべての席の予約はできません。
