Höhere Lebensqualität durch festen Zahnersatz
Verlorengegangene Zähne beeinträchtigen die mundgesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualität
signifikant und haben einen negativen psychologischen Effekt auf die betreffende Person. Da
Implantate heutzutage eine weite Verbreitung haben und der Kenntnisstand zu dieser
Versorgungsart in der Bevölkerung deutlich gestiegen ist, ist die Wiederherstellung der
Lebensqualität mit Implantaten häufig gewünscht. Dieser Artikel beschreibt anhand einer
Komplettrekonstruktion die chirurgischen, prothetischen und zahntechnischen Möglichkeiten
unserer Zeit.
