The age of the applicant should not exceed 45 years of age 2. The final exemption from conscription 3. The minimum qualification required is having obtained a master’s degree in literature. Priority goes to the holder of a doctorate level (specialized in literature or criticism) 4. Knowledge of the German language or proficiency of the English language spoken and written (good level is the minimum) 5. Passing specialized training in the field of (Arabic) teaching and in particular modern methods of language teaching 6. Experience in teaching Arabic language for the secondary school level of not less than 10 years of related studies or experience in teaching at universities, unless the candidate’s age is less than 35 years and has obtained a doctorate. 7. To be able to use and work with all different computer programs. 8. Express the will for adaptation and development, and meet all various business requirements, attending training programs constantly, and others… 9. The candidate should provide an adequate self-biography, accompanied with a copy of the original scientific certificates and a detailed statement of all subjects in the various university levels/degrees with a proof of regular work attendance,certificates of experiences as well as recommendation letters from all previous employers. 10.
