ON1531HA– (A), ON1531LA– (A)は、
発光素子に高効率
のGaAs赤外発光ダイオードを、
受光部にホトダイオード
と信号処理回路を1チップに集積化した集積化受光素子
を使用した小型、軽量、高精度、高信頼性のホトセンサユ
ニットです。
The ON1531HA– (A) and ON1531LA– (A) are small, light
weight, high precision and high reliability photo sensor units
composed of a high effective GaAs infrared light emit-ting diode and an integrated photodiode and signal proces-sing circuit.

(5) When designing your equipment, comply with the range of absolute maximum rating and the guaranteed operating conditions
(operating power supply voltage and operating environment etc.). Especially, please be careful not to exceed the range of absolute
maximum rating on the transient state, such as power-on, power-off and mode-switching. Otherwise, we will not be liable for any
defect which may arise later in your equipment.
Even when the products are used within the guaranteed values, take into the consideration of incidence of break down and failure
mode, possible to occur to semiconductor products. Measures on the systems such as redundant design, arresting the spread of fire
