Goals The transferable skills training supports researcher during their dissertation period and prepares them for a professional career inside or outside of academia. Inhalte Das Kursangebot ist gemäss Absprachen mit den Fakultäten und bestehenden Doktoratsprogrammen nach den ECTS-Grundsätzen und internationalen Standards konzipiert. Bei der Konzeption der individuellen Semesterangebote fliessen die Evaluationsergebnisse aus den jeweiligen Kursen mit ein. Das gesamte Angebot wird von anerkannten Fachpersonen durchgeführt und auf Deutsch und Englisch angeboten. Content The courses in transferable skills were specifically implemented on behalf of the individual needs of the faculties and PhD programs, based on international guidelines and ECTS standards. All courses are led by experts in the field and offered in German and English. Teilnahmebestätigung Eine Teilnahmebestätigung wird nur bei bestandenem Leistungsnachweis und lückenloser Teilnahme ausgestellt. Ab FS 2016 werden ECTS nach bestandenem Training automatisch auf das entsprechende Konto der Studentenadministration überführt und erscheinen in der Leistungsübersicht. Certificate of Attendance Successful completion of examinations and perfect attendance are required for a certificate. Since Spring 2016, ECTS will be automatically transferred to the individual account of the student administration. Registrierung Alle Kurse werden zu Beginn des neuen Semesters gleichzeitig zur online Anmeldung geöffnet. Die Kurse sind Doktorierenden und Postdocs der Universität Basel sowie dem European Campus vorbehalten und kostenfrei. Registration All courses will simultaneously open for online registration at the beginning of the new term. The courses are free of charge and reserved for doctoral candidates and postdocs of the University of Basel and the European Campus. Abmeldung Die Abmeldung vom Kurs ist bis zu 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn per E-Mail möglich. Deregistration A course may be cancelled up to 14 days before its scheduled date.
