各自でのキャリブレーションが
不要になりました。
1. PC上で画像を撮影・保存する
2. Motic Image Plus 2.3S を立ち上げる
3. 計測したい画像ファイルを開く

4. 画面左下、サブメニューから「計測」を選択
5. 「計測」内サブメニューから「画像を撮影した光学顕微鏡」と「利用した対
物レンズ」の組み合わせを選択する
6. 画面左上、メニュー内、計測用ツール（上図6）から、適切なメジャーツー
ルを選択し、計測をすると、大きさ、長さが表示される。
7. 名前を付けて保存
計測値と画像両方が保存できる。

Calibration is not necessary any more!!
1. Capture an image and save it in the PC.
2. Open [Motic Image Plus 2.3S] software.
3. Open image you want to measure the size.

6. Measure tools
4. Select [計測」[Measure] from bottom left of the user interface.
5. Select the appropriate combination of a microscope and an objective lens
which you had captured image.
6. Applying one of the measure tools (6.Measure tool) and measure your
specimen.
7. Save the image and the scale.
