L'huile de citron (Citrus Limon Peel Oil) est l'huile essentielle obtenue par expression à froid (manuel ou
mécanique) de la écorce ou des zestes du fruit du citronnier, Citrus limon.
Lemon Oil (Citrus Limon Peel Oil) is the essential oil obtained by cold expression (mechanical or manual) of
the peel of the fruit of the lemon, Citrus limon.

Aromatherapie: Der Duft des Zitronenöls belebt und stimuliert. Zu empfehlen bei Depressionen, Müdigkeit
und mangelnder Konzentration. Universitätsforscher in Japan haben Zitrusöl am Arbeitsplatz und bei
Prüfungen getestet und fanden: Zitronenöl verdoppelt die mentale Leistungsfähigkeit und Konzentration.
Schönheit und Gesundheit: Das ätherische Öl besitzt antiseptische, antivirale und antibakterielle
Wirkungen. Empfohlen bei fetter Haut und Problemhaut (Akne, Pickel, Furunkel, Warzen, Herpes) oder
einfach nur, um die Haut gesund zu erhalten. In ihrer Studie belegen Bertuzzi und Mitarbeiter, dass Zitronenöl
die Haut vor oxidativen Schäden schützt. Zitronenöl (in einer Verdünnung von 1:100) erwies sich als
wirksamer als Vitamin E (α-tocopherol). Zitronenöl wird sehr häufig zur Behandlung von Zellulitis eingesetzt.
Aromathérapie: L'arôme de l'huile de citron dynamise et stimule. Recommandée pour la dépression, la
fatigue et le manque de concentration. Scientifiques au Japon ont trouvé que l'huile de citron double la
performance et efficacité mentale et la concentration.

simplement pour garder la peau saine. Bertuzzi montre que l'huile de citron protège la peau contre les
dommages oxydatifs. L'huile s’est révélée être plus efficaces que la vitamine E (α-tocophérol) à une dilution
de 1:100. L'huile de citron est largement utilisé pour traiter la cellulite.

lichtgeschützt und bei einer Temperatur unter 22°C.
