時：平成 28 年 9 月 23 日(金) 午前 11 時 00 分開式(午前 10 時 50 分までに入場)
会場の座席数には限りがあります。ご家族の方々につきましては、会場に入り
きれない可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承願います。
Date: Friday, September 23rd, 2016
Time: 11:00 am (Entry before 10:50 am)
Venue: University Hall (Daigaku-kaikan), at Saitama University
* Please note that family members may not be able to enter the hall for the ceremony
as the available seats are just enough for the students.
理工学研究科博士前期課程の修了者へは、大学院教育部係窓口（理学部 2 号館 1 階）
にて午後 1 時より学位記及び証明書を交付します。
Notice:
To: Master’s students who belong to the Graduate School of Sci. and Eng.
We will give you Diploma and all the certificates at the Graduate School Affairs
Section, Graduate School of Sci. and Eng. from 1 p.m.
理工学研究科博士後期課程の修了者へは、学長から直接学位記を授与致します。
学生証を持参し、午前１０時００分から午前１０時３０分の間に会場入り口で受付を
済ませてください。受付終了後に来場された場合には、修了式での学長からの学位記
授与はできません。その後、午後 1 時より大学院教育部係窓口（理学部 2 号館 1 階）
にて証明書を交付します。
Notice:
To: Doctor’s students who belong to the Graduate School of Sci. and Eng.
Diplomas will be given to students by the President. We will confirm attendance on
that day, so please bring your student I.D. card and be in the University Hall between
10:00-10:30am for reception. If you arrive after reception hours, you will not be able to
receive your diploma from the President. After the ceremony, we will give you the
certificates at the Graduate School Affairs Section, Graduate School of Sci. and Eng.
from 1 p.m.
