About GABS
After the first GABS took place in Germany in 2015, the second GABS will take place on the African continent.
H. E. Uhuru Kenyatta, President of Kenya (tbc), Federal Foreign Minister Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier (tbc) and
SAFRI-Chairman Prof. Dr. Heinz-Walter Große will open the conference.
GABS is organised by the Sub-Saharan Africa Initiative of German Business (SAFRI) with its sponsoring organisations – the German-African Business Association (AV), the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the Federation
of German Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (BGA) and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce
and Industry (DIHK) in cooperation with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Kenya (AHK).
