Hotel recommendations for dancers and visitors
Together with the Tourist Information of Wetzlar, we are happy to offer a range of hotels in and
around Wetzlar that have reserved a specific number of rooms for our teams. This leaflet should help
you to find a suitable accommodation for you and your team.
All hotel reservations need to be done by the teams or visitors themselves. Please use the contact
details (Email, phone, fax) provided in this document.
When making your reservation, please mention the key word “DTV-WM-JMD”. Some of the hotels
have more rooms than indicated here – don’t hesitate to ask for the number of rooms you need
regardless of the reserved quotas.
The city of Wetzlar does not offer enough hotels to accommodate all nations from all over the world.
We therefore offer a number of hotels in the surrounding towns of Wetzlar, considering that they
can be reached by own cars/coaches or by public transport easily.
We will update the list in regular intervals, so that new hotels might come up. Also, we will inform as
soon as hotels are sold out so that you don’t contact them in vain.
All rates are per room and night and include breakfast (if not otherwise indicated).
We are looking forward to welcome dancers and visitors from all over the world and we hope that
these recommendations are helpful for you.
Hotel-Empfehlungen für Aktive und Zuschauer
Das Organisations-Team der IDO Weltmeisterschaft Jazz and Modern Dance 2016 hat in Zusammenarbeit mit
der Tourist-Information Wetzlar eine Auswahl an Unterkünften in und um Wetzlar zusammen gestellt, die ein
Zimmerkontingent für unsere Sportler und Zuschauer bereit halten. Mit diesem Informationsblatt möchten wir
eine Hilfestellung bieten, das für Sie/Ihr Team geeignete Hotel auszuwählen.
Die Hotelbuchungen werden von den Teams/Zuschauern selbst durchgeführt. Bitte benutzen Sie dafür die in
den Hotelinformationen angegebenen Telefonnummern oder eMail Adressen.
Bitte nennen Sie dabei das Stichwort ‘DTV WM JMD’, über das die speziellen Kontingente abrufbar sind.
Manche Hotels verfügen über mehr Zimmer, als hier angegeben – bitte zögern Sie nicht, bei den größeren
Häusern Ihre Zimmerwünsche unabhängig von den hier angegebenen Kontingenten anzugeben.
Da Wetzlar selbst nicht über ausreichend Zimmer für alle unsere Sportler und Zuschauer bereit hält, erstreckt
sich unser Angebot auf weitere Häuser in der Nähe von Wetzlar. Dabei haben wir die Erreichbarkeit mit
eigenem Auto/Bus bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln berücksichtigt.
Wir werden dieses Angebot ständig aktualisieren, so dass im Laufe der Monate einzelne Häuser hinzu kommen
können. Auch werden wir informieren, sobald ein Hotel ausgebucht ist, so dass die Suche für Sie so einfach wie
möglich gestaltet wird.
Sofern nicht anders angegeben, ist in allen Preisen das Frühstück enthalten und die Preise gelten pro Nacht und
Zimmer.
