MERLOT VENETO I.G.T
Si parla di Merlot sin dal 1700; in Italia è stato portato nel
1880 ed ha trovato condizioni ambientali ideali in Friuli,
Trentino e Veneto. Il Merlot Veneto ha colore rosso
rubino vivace. Di buona intensità e di sapore leggermente
erbaceo e fruttato.
Abbinamenti: Si accompagna bene ad antipasti di salumi,
pasta e fagioli, e carni bianche bollite.
Temperatura di servizio: 14÷16°C
