Players desk:
The players desk takes care of court reservation, coordinates the transportation service and
manages the laundry service. Just drop by or call in, they will help you.
Practice Courts:
We have 3 practice courts at the tournament site. Your practice courts are bookable at the
players desk (4 players on each court) for every player one hour a day.
Please book your practice court at the players desk next day`s timetable is available.
Balls: Every player will get 3 balls per day. They are available at the players desk. Please
leave a 10 € deposit.
Stringing service:
The stringing service is available every day from 12.00 to 20.00. The costs are 15,-€ per
racket.
Towels:
Towels are available at the players desk for a 10 € deposit.
Transportation:
Transportation is provided by Autohaus Nauen.
The route includes the player`s hotels. There is affixed schedule. For more detailed
information contact the players desk.

Internet:
Free Wifi access is available on site. You can get your login credentials at the players desk.
Laundry service:
Together with our partner RMG we can provide you a laundry service. Pick up and return
every day at the players desk. The costs are 3,50 € per piece.
