新しい検体搬送処理システム
「アプティオオートメーション」の導入効果

検体搬送処理システム
当院では、
シーメンスヘルスケア・ダイアグノスティクス株式会社より新しく発売された、
「アプティオオートメーション」
を国内１号機として設置する運びとなった。
本装置は、
検体搬送にRFIDチップを搭載した1本検体キャリアーを使用した、
ベルトライン検体搬送・処理システム
であり、
測定機器の接続に加え、
測定の前処理・後処理を含めた各種検体処理モジュールを組み合わせることで、
採
血後の検体をラインへ投入した後は多くの検査工程を自動化できる。
また、
外部検体サンプリング機構を搭載した
免疫、
生化学分析機を選択し、
親検体を使用した運用を行うことで、
迅速、
かつシンプルな搬送ラインの構築が可能
となった。
これにより、
報告時間の短縮と生産性の向上のみならず、
人の手を介在することなく検査ができるため、
人
的エラーの低減や、
感染リスクの防止による安全性の向上にも貢献することが期待された。
また、
本装置の導入に際しては当院とシーメンス社との間で設置プロジェクトを発足させ、
レイアウトの構築、
スタッ
フ動線の分析、
導入スケジュールなど、
定期会議をとおして随時問題点の抽出と解決を行うことができた。
本装置は当院に本年3月に設置され、
各種検証作業を経て5月にルーチン稼働が開始された。
これまでの使用経験、
および導入効果について、
導入プロジェクトの内容を織り交ぜながら報告する。
