(1)香港は海外直接投資流入額で世界第 2 位を維持
国連貿易開発会議（UNCTAD）の 2016 年世界投資報告書によると、2015 年における
香港の海外直接投資流入額は前年比 53.5%増の 1,750 億ドルとなり、米国(3,800 億ドル)に
次ぐ世界第 2 位の規模を維持しました。

(2)香港と日本を結ぶ直行便が続々と就航
今年に入り、香港航空および香港エクスプレスの香港-日本直行便が続々と就航しています。
直行便が新たに発着する空港は：岡山空港(3 月 28 日~), 南ぬ島石垣空港(6 月 16 日~),
成田国際空港(7 月 1 日~), 高松空港(7 月 6 日~), 鹿児島空港(7 月 11 日~),
関西国際空港(7 月 15 日~)です。

(3) FIA フォーミュラ E 選手権香港大会「香港 ePrix」が 10 月に開催

開催されることになり、香港最大の国際モータースポーツイベントとして話題を呼んでいます。

(1) Hong Kong retains second place in global FDI inflows
Hong Kong continues to rank second in global foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows. According to
the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development World Investment Report 2016, Hong Kong
registered FDI inflows of US$175 billion in 2015, a year-on-year surge of 53.5%. It places Hong Kong
second only to the US (US$380 billion).

(2) New flights connecting Hong Kong and Japan
In these few months, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways have been respectively
launching new direct flights between Hong Kong and Japan, including (a) Okayama (from 28 March);
(b) Ishigaki (from 16 June); (c) Tokyo Narita (from 1 July); (d) Takamatsu (from 6 July);
(e) Kagoshima (from 11 July); and (f) Osaka Kansai (from 15 July).

(3) FIA Formula E Hong Kong ePrix to be held in October
Hong Kong will host its first Formula E race on 8 and 9 October. This first-of-its-kind international
event on the Central Harbourfront will be the biggest motorsport event ever held in Hong Kong.
