マイナス10℃以下に冷え込んだ日の朝、十勝川には朝もやがたち、それがその
まま霧氷となって川面を埋め尽くす。さらに川の上に出来上がるその川霧が、川
とかち
の流れとともにとうとうと動く。その様を十勝川河川敷から眺めると、まるで龍が
動いているような様になる。それを私たちは「雲龍」
と呼んだ。温泉からは毎朝
送迎バスが運行している。
Morning haze sets in and turns into rime ice in the morning when the
temperature is below -10 degrees Celsius, covering the surface of Tokachi
River. Then, a fog that hangs above the river sweeps over along with the ﬂow
of the river, looking as if a dragon is moving when you see it from the riverbed.
We call it Unr yu (literally means cloud dragon ). There is a bus running ever y
morning from the hot spring.

大自然、ひしひしと感じる冬の静寂だけの湖に、人々が氷の村をつくった。湖の
上でのことだから、当然春になれば季節の流れで村も沈む。でも彼らの夢は沈
まないし、彼らと遊ぶ旅人たちの心も一年中湖とともに生きている。そんな中で
ちょろちょろと生きている人間が、たまらなく素敵に思えてくる。そんな場所が、

然別湖。
A village of igloos is built on a quiet winter lake in nature. Of course, the
village will disappear into the lake in the Spring. However, dreams of the
people who built it will never disappear, and the hearts of those travellers who
played with the people will live on with the lake throughout the year. Lake
Shikaribetsu is a place where these people look so wonderful.
