Start with a Friend believes in respectful and positive cultural exchange. We are convinced
that bringing people together gives way to successful integration and presents a personal
gain for everyone involved.
Start with a Friend goes beyond the Culture of Welcome ‘welcome culture’ and promotes a
Culture of Arrival. Everyone of us, refugees and locals, can contribute to this effort.
This Code of Conduct aims to highlight our shared values.
