Application Outline (Second Semester, 2016)

We are now accepting applications for International Student House, Dormitory on Ito
Campus, and others for the second semester, 2016. To make an application, follow the procedures
below.
1. Eligibility
International students who will enroll in Kyushu University between October 2016 and
March 2017 are eligible. However, students who currently reside in Fukuoka city, or whose
husband/wife has done so, are not eligible to apply.
2. Available rooms
a. Hakozaki/Hospital Area : Single, Shared room for 2 students, Shared room for 3 students,
Couple room, Family room
b. Ohashi/Chikushi Area : Single
c. Ito Area
: Single, Shared room for 2 students, Shared room for 4 students,
Couple room, Family room
3. Period of residence
You have to move in and out within the period and the business hour as below. However,
students who use the shuttle bus service will be able to move in following a bus schedule.
a. Hakozaki/Hospital Area
and
b. Ohashi/Chikushi Area
Period : Between Tue. September 20th, 2016 and Fri. March 17th, 2017
*For exchange students and the short-term program students, the term of their
program is accepted as the period of residence.
Business hour:
Within the period above,
9:00am – 5:00pm (Weekdays)
*Closed Weekends and National Holidays
c. Ito Area
Period : Between Tue. September 20th, 2016 and Thu. August 31st, 2017
*For exchange students and the short-term program students, the term of their
program is accepted as the period of residence, for research students, the terms of
their enrollment is accepted as the period of residence.
Business hour: Within the period above, 9:00am － 6:00pm (Everyday)
4. Rent and other fees
The necessary expenses are the accompanying sheet for details. Payment of monthly fees
starts from October, even if you move in at the end of September. In and after October, however,
the full monthly amount is charged for all the months including the months you move in and out.
(A pro-rate basis is not applied to any month.) And this rule does not apply to the payment for
utility (gas, electricity, water bills).
You must pay all the necessary fees by the fixed date. If there is any unpaid fee after your
move-out, we continue to claim payment even after you return to your home country.
5. How to apply
Please access the URL shown below to submit an on-line application. The International
Student and Researcher Support Center will email your log-in ID and password, when your
enrollment is approved.

6. Application deadline
Due: 5:00 p.m. (Japan time), Friday, July 29th, 2016.
7. Notification of result
Applicants will be selected based on the selection rules, and the result will be informed to
the applicants and their supervisors via email by the International Student and Researcher
Support Center in mid-September, 2016.
8. Information of the move-in date
New residents must give the date of occupancy (Flight Schedule) on Online Application
System by the deadline specified by International Student and Researcher Support
Center. Residence permission may be cancelled if the date is not given.
9. Delay in arrival
When a new resident delays moving in, due to matters such as visa, etc., please inform
the International Student and Researcher Support Center as soon as possible. Residence
permission may be cancelled if delay in arrival is not notified in advance.

留学生入居者募集要項（平成２８年度後期）
九州大学学務部留学生課
国際交流会館・伊都キャンパス学生寄宿舎等の平成２８年度後期入居者募集を行いますので、
希望者は下記により応募してください。
1. 募集対象者
平成２８年９月から平成２９年３月までに九州大学に入学予定の留学生。ただし、本人又は
配偶者が既に福岡市内で生活している留学生は除く。

3. 入退去期間
以下に定める期間および時間内に入退去を行うこと。ただし、シャトルバスサービスを利用
した場合、入居時間についてはこれに限らないものとする。

4. 経費
国際交流会館及び伊都キャンパス学生寄宿舎等の生活に必要な経費は別紙のとおりとする。
なお、９月中に入居した場合でも毎月発生する経費は１０月分から徴収開始とする。ただし、
１０月以降については、月の途中で入退去しても日割り計算はせず、入退去月ともに１ヶ月分徴
収する。また、ガス・電気・水道費等実費分については、この限りではない。
なお、寄宿料等必要な経費は、決められた期日までに遅滞なく払うものとする。退去後に未納が
発覚した場合、母国に帰国していても経費を請求する。
5. 申請方法
下記 URL より、「入国支援システム」にアクセスし、入居申請を行うこと。なお、入学予定
の留学生には、外国人留学生・研究者サポートセンターから、ID、パスワードをメールにて
通知する。

6. 入居申請期限
平成２８年７月２９日（金）１７時（日本時間）まで
7. 結果通知
選考基準の規定により選考し、選考結果は平成２８年９月中旬頃に、外国人留学生・研究者
サポートセンターから、留学生本人及び指導教員にメールにて通知する。
8. 入居日（使用開始日）の連絡
入居者は、外国人留学生・研究者サポートセンターの指定する期日までに入居日（フライト
スケジュール）を入国支援システムに必ず入力するものとする。入力のない場合、入居を認
めない。
9.入居遅延
新規入居留学生で査証（ビザ）手続き等により入居が遅れる場合は、至急その旨を、外国人
留学生・研究者サポートセンターへ連絡すること。連絡がない場合には、入居許可を取消す
ことがある。
