For SM1
R&D is almost done.
We are starting the ordering for module-0
◦ The ESL paste will be delivered to printing company
at beginning of January.
◦ The estimated foil delivering (to Kobe) is mid of
January.
◦ The cost for printing will be 2M JPY, and I confirmed
to ATLAS-Japan fund manager that it will be
provided from KEK.

For SM2
Ordering has been already done.
◦ Total cost: 4M JPY
◦ Half of them is covered by KEK (ATLAS-J), and another
half is covered by Kobe U. (Detector R&D budget).
◦ The small modification for drawings will be needed.
◦ Proof check of the pattern will be done in this week.
◦ Mask production … 1.5 weeks
◦ Image development on the foil … 1 week (Laytech)
◦ The sputtering will be available at end of this year or the
beginning of the next year. (Be-sputter)
◦ Lift off process … 1 week (Laytech)
◦ The foils will be delivered to us in mid January
