-Usually there is less opportunity to use pump.
Because it’s easy that germ remains.
-Quattro flow is used at this moment.
-The price of Ecodos is too high.
-COP is applied for cleaning, so cleaning cost
is too high due to replacement of diaphragm.
-SIP performance is doubt. They doubt that
condensate water remains in pump head.
-Pump is selected by EPC. (not user)
-It’s difficult to sell it to user directly.
-Price of one unit is not so high.
-Ordered number of one order is not so big.
-It’s pleasure for customer that Nikkiso can do
overhaul including drive end.
-Only G3 covers such a requirement.
-High Pressure Safety law is applied.
-G3 is installed in flavor companies which use high
pressure extraction using supercritical CO2.
-Price is more than JPY10M
-Market is not so big.

-Many users are using LEWA pumps which are
installed on other manufacture’s LPLC or HPLC.
-Existing Chromatography system has problem
on the pump. However manufacture cannot
repair the pump.
-Welcome that Pump manufacture supply
chromatography system.
-Wide turn down ratio is advantage.
-0.5% gradient is not available from others.
-Only LEWA LPLC can apply SIP.
-The advantage against competitor is not clear.
-Other MFRs have already supplied such kinds of
products.
-Some customer is interested in homogenizing
device.
-Price is so high.
(from several 10MJPY to more than 100MJPY.）
-In case of Silica, Japanese explosion proof cert. is
necessary. But we can’t find UV measurement
instrument with Japanese cert.
-It has advantage by installation of intellidrive.
-We can supply pump after service to user.
