2016 年度春学期短期集中講座について
標記について下記のとおりお知らせします。
【授業日程】
２０１６年８月３日（水）～８月１２日（金）
【履修登録期間】
各自、Loyola で登録してください。
登録期間は、２０１６年７月１９日（火）１０：００～７月２７日（水）２３：５９とします。
※ 年間・学期の履修登録上限に算入されません。
※ ８学期以上在籍している方で、本講座の単位修得が、２０１６年度９月卒業の可否に関わるような場合、
卒業要件に含めることはできません。
８学期以上在籍している方で、２０１６年度９月卒業をせず、本講座の修得単位を卒業要件に含めること
を希望する場合、履修登録期間内に別途願い書の提出が必要となります。
（期間内に提出がない場合、卒業
要件に含めることはできません）
※ 一部科目で履修者数制限を行っています（科目リスト参照）
。対象科目は Loyola での登録は行わず、学事
センター窓口にて先着順で受け付けます。受付期間は、７月１９日（火）～７月２７日（水）の学事セン
ター窓口時間のみです。
【履修中止期間】
各自、Loyola で手続きしてください。
履修中止期間は２０１６年８月３日（水）１０：００～４日（木）２３：５９とします。
期間終了後の履修中止は認められません。
【科目について】
本講座で修得できる単位数および卒業要件への算入先は、別添の「科目リスト」で確認してください。なお、
シラバスは７月上旬より公開予定です。
【その他】
○ 国際教養学部の学生は別途授業料が発生します。
各自履修登録をした上で、７月１９日（火）～７月２７日（水）の間に学事センター窓口にて授業料納入方
法を確認してください。
○
教科書は紀伊國屋書店上智大学店には取り置いていません。シラバスを確認の上、各自で早めに入手するよ
うにしてください。
○ 期限を過ぎての登録・履修中止は一切認められません。

Registration Guide
【Class Schedule】
August 3（Wed.）～August 12 (Fri.）
※See the lecture times on the class schedule.
【Registration Period】
Register the courses via Loyola.
The registration period is July 19th (Tue.)10:00 to July 27th (Wed.) 23:59.
※ The credits of these courses are not counted toward the limit of the credits per semester.
※ If the students have studied at Sophia for 8 semesters or more and credits taken during SIED
determine the graduation on September 2016(i.e., when this is their final semester), then these credits
cannot be counted toward the graduation requirement.
The students who have stayed at Sophia for 8 semesters or more and will not graduate on September
2016, these credits may be counted toward the graduation requirement by submitting “Request to
include SIED Credits toward Graduation”
(Unless a student submit the form during the designated
application period, the credits cannot be counted towards his/her graduation requirement.)
Some courses restrict the number of registration (please see the course list). Registration for these
courses cannot be completed via Loyola, and those who wish to attend these courses must apply at the
Center for Academic Affairs during the office hour in the registration period.
【Withdrawal Period】
Course withdrawal should be completed by Loyola.
The withdrawal period is August 3rd (Wed.)10:00 to 4th (Thu.) 23:59.
【Course Details】
Please check the course details by the course list. Also, syllabi will be available on Loyola from tearly July.
【Other Notices】
○ FLA students are required to pay additional tuition fees for these courses. After your registration,
please come to the Center for Academic Affairs between July 19th (Tue.) to July 27th (Wed.) to receive
payment instructions.
○ Textbooks are not sold at the KINOKUNIYA Sophia Square. Students should check the syllabi and
purchase necessary textbooks by themselves.
○ No late registration and withdrawal are allowed for any reason.
