タイトル：学習者の人生観を取り入れた教室英語の考察
内容：英語を学ぶことは自国の文化や価値観を捨て去ることではありません。この実践ワークショップで
は生徒たちが自ら人生で培ってきた自国の文化や歴史を再認識し、発表するスピーキングアクティビティ
ーを紹介します。
Title: Using Student Heritage in the English Classroom
Summary: Learning English does not mean that students need to close the door on their own heritage. In this
hands-on workshop teachers will be introduced to a speaking activity that will have students reflect and report on
their own culture and history.
Writing #2: 10:45 – 11:25
タイトル：ライティングにおけるトップ・ダウン指導とフィードバック
内容：このワークショップでは、トップ・ダウン方式を使ったライティングの指導と、生徒の英作文に対
する効果的なフィードバックの与え方について紹介します。参加される先生方は、ご自身のライティング
の授業の幅を広げる上での手法や方略について体験することになるでしょう。
Title: Top-down Instruction and Feedback in Writing.
Summary: This lesson will introduce and demonstrate the use of the Top-down approach in writing and also show
the effective ways of giving feedback to students' writing. Participants will experience a series of techniques and
strategies for enriching their writing lessons.

タイトル：リーディング授業におけるアクティブラーニング
内容：このレッスンでは、どのようにしてアクティブラーニングという考え方をリーディングの授業
に応用できるのかに焦点を当てます。参加者の皆さんはさまざまな活動例に触れ、英語で英語を教え
る授業内でアクティブラーニングをどのような形で自分自身の授業に実践できるかを考えます。
Title: Active Learning in the Reading Class
Summary: This lesson will introduce and demonstrate how the concept of active learning can be implemented in a
reading class. Participants will experience the methods of selection of various exercises and see their adaptation for
a classroom where students study English in English.

Writing #4: 1:00 – 1:40

内容：このレッスンではライティング初期学習者対象の比較/対比の基本を紹介します。参加者は、より上
手に、より効率的に比較/対比の活用をするために必要なスキルに重点をおいた短い演習を行います。
Title: Using comparison/contrast in writing
Summary: This lesson will introduce the basics of comparison/contrast for early learners of English writing.
Participants will engage in a brief exercise that will highlight the skills required for more successful and efficient
application of comparison/contrast.
Speaking & Listening #5: 1:45 – 2:25

内容：いつものロールプレイがドラマの手法によって活きたものになります。
想像力をフルに活かすと、教科書の台詞が自分のものとなって溢れてきます♪
Title: English Alive!
Summary: This lesson will demonstrate how typical role play activities can be 'spiced up’ more with the use of drama
conventions. Students will experience written scripts on the textbook coming to life with the full use of imagination.

タイトル：情報伝達のためのリーディング
内容：このレッスンでは、読解の精度と詳しい情報を他者と共有するための能力に重点を置きます。生徒
が読んだ内容をどのように処理し記憶するかについてや、生徒がその情報を他者に伝達する方法について
検討します。
Title: Reading to Transmit Information.
Summary: This lesson will focus on the accuracy of reading and the ability to share detailed information with others.
We will examine how students process and remember what they read and how they are able to efficiently convey
that information to others.
Speaking & Listening #7: 3:35 – 4:15
タイトル：語学授業内の競争
内容：このレッスンでは、語学の授業での効果的でフレンドリーな競争の活用法について説明します。
また、生徒のやる気を起して活発的にするためのフレンドリーな競争の導入方法についても説明します。
参加者は競争心が芽生えるように設計されたスピーキング・リスニングの課題を体験します。
Title: Competition in the Language Classroom.
Summary: This lesson will illustrate the powerful uses of friendly competition in the language classroom and how it
can be used to motivate and energize students. Participants will experience speaking and listening exercises
designed to trigger the competitive spirit!
