日本でよく食べられているのは焼き餃子ですが、本場中国では
餃子といえば水餃子です。
今回のイベントでは、中国からの留学生が「皮」から、水餃子の
作り方をみなさんにお教えます！｢食｣を通じて異文化交流しま
せんか？
Japanese people like to eat pan-fried dumplings while
the original Chinese dumplings are boiled. In this event,
Chinese students will teach you how to make boiled
dumplings with homemade dough!
Let's have a multicultural experience through cooking!

①エプロン apron ②ハンドタオル hand towel
