送金電文におけるフリーフォーマット廃止
SR 2015 に59番フィールドにオプションFを導入
2015年のコミュニティーにおける影響分析、ペイメンツメンテナンスワーキ
ンググループの検討、国別投票を経て決定
2015年9月の理事会において、SR 2020に59番フィールド及び50番フィール
ドのフリーフォーマットを廃止することが承認された

BIC ISO 9362改訂
改訂版標準への移行：

2015年1月から2018年11月を移行期間とする
既存の本番接続・テスト接続用BICには影響しない
BICの構造に変化はないが、各区切りごとの名称や意味について変更される箇所がある
SWIFTNet FINに非接続のBICについて8桁目に“1”を付与する構造を移行期間を経て廃止
する
SWIFTNet FINに非接続のBICは移行期間後も存在するが、接続・非接続については属性
情報を参照する

貿易金融電文の大幅更改
SR 2016 については変更なし
Category 7 全般に抜本的な見直しが行われた結果、SR 2018 / SR 2019に
大幅な変更が導入される
SR 2018： MT 700 – 759の変更（L/C用電文）
SR 2019： MT 760 – 787の変更（保証、スタンドバイL/C用電文）
上記の変更には9件の新規電文開発も含まれる

を新たに追加
• 記述式のフィールドに Z キャラクターセットを適用（45A, 46A, 47A,
71, 72, 73, 77等）

– 訂正のためのストラクチャードフィールドの追加

Sequence C: indicates the details of the requested local undertaking オプショナル

背
景
• MT の変更申請（Change Request）に関して、より良い情報共有
のありかたをコミュニティより求められた
• 現状では、メンテナンスワーキンググループ（MWG）のメンバー
が変更申請の内容を検討している
• 外部のグループや個人は、 MWGのコメントにアクセスがなかった
提
案
• SWIFT は Change Request Forumを新設し、 MTスタンダーズに関し
て全ての変更申請の内容を公開すると共に、コミュニティメンバーか
らコメントを募り、自由に意見交換ができる場を提供する
• MyStandardsを利用してChange Request Forumに無料でアクセス、
参加可能
• MyStandards登録者は変更申請を閲覧し、コメントを追加できる
• MyStandardsのアカウントは、Business Identifier Code （BIC）又は
Partner Identifier Code （PIC）とリンクされていることが前提となる
