１
中級前期の文型、言葉、漢字の勉強をし、授業中の練習で、四つの力（読む、
書く、聞く、話す）を総合的につけます。
This course is an early-intermediate level Japanese class. We will cover
early-intermediate expressions, words, and Kanji to study four skills
evenly.
Prerequisite 初級日本語を約 300 時間学習していること。げんき１と２、みんなの日本語
II の学習を終了と同じレベルであること。
Students should have completed around 300 hour beginning Japanese
classes, such as Genki II or Minnano Nihongo 2.

Goals
受け身、使役、使役受け身、敬語などの復習をします。
中級初期の語彙と漢字を勉強します。授業中と授業外でも積極的に日本語を
使うことによって日本語能力を伸ばします。文化交流活動や日本人と積極的
に接することによって日本語と日本文化・習慣の理解を深めます。
To review some late-beginning level grammar items, such as causative,
causative-passive, and honorific expressions.
To learn early intermediate words and expressions.
To improve conversation skills and deepen your understanding of
Japanese culture by interacting with Japanese people through outside of
class activities.
