Lassen Sie Daten sammeln
Konfigurieren Sie die Diagnose Daten Erfassung
in der Policy.
Richten Sie eine Mailin-Datenbank mit dem
Template "IBM Notes/Domino Fault reports" ein.
Lassen Sie den NSD auf dem Client durchlaufen.
Der Client sendet die Reports automatisch an die
Mailin-Datenbank
Die Logs werden automatisch kategorisiert und
zusammengefasst. Das erleichtert die Übersicht.

MTstore.nsf findet so gut wie keine Beachtung..
.. weil es idR läuft!
-> Der Index kann jedoch korrupt werden.
Der richtige Weg dies zu fixen:
tell mtx reindex.
Am Besten lassen wir dies automatisch machen:

LÖSCHEN VON ORDNERN
Dies. passiert. jedem.
Benutzer will eine Mail löschen, hat aber den Ordner markiert und drückt ENTF.
-> Tschüss Ordner.
-> Hallo Incident.
DisableDelKeyForNavigator=1 in der notes.ini auf dem Client setzen.
Verhindert das dies erneut passiert.

Alle Änderungen am Server Dokument werden automatisch gespeichert.
Ein DXL File wird im IBM Technical Support Ordner erstellt.
