Juni 2016 – In den ersten fünf Monaten des laufenden Geschäftsjahres 2016 hat sich der Bestellungseingang der Elma Gruppe positiv und über Vorjahr entwickelt (auch akquisitionsbereinigt). Infolge von Projektverzögerungen bei einigen Grosskunden in allen drei Regionen wird der konsolidierte Umsatz aus heutiger Sicht in der ersten Jahreshälfte 2016 unter den Erwartungen liegen. Dabei ist hauptsächlich die Region Americas als grösste Region der Elma Gruppe von Projektverzögerungen bei Kunden betroffen. Die Zusammenführung der Ende 2015 erworbenen Schweizer Gesellschaft Trenew Electronic AG mit der Elma Gruppe schreitet planmässig voran. Elma geht aus heutiger Sicht davon aus, dass sie das erste Halbjahr 2016 mit einem leicht negativen Unternehmensergebnis abschliessen wird (Vorjahr: Unternehmensgewinn von CHF 0.8 Mio.).
