４．注意事項 Notes
ａ）一度申込みをしたにもかかわらず無断で欠席した場合は、二回目以降のＮＨＫ交響楽団定期演奏会に招待することはで
きなくなります。If you are selected to attend and do not attend without prior notice, you will not be allowed to participate
in a lottery for NHK music tickets again.
ｂ）留学生本人の招待ですから、家族の方や友人の申込みは出来ません。 This is only for international students, you
cannot apply for a family member or friend.
ｃ）電話やＦＡＸでの申込みは出来ません。 Applications will NOT be accepted by phone or FAX.
