2. Tag: Montag, 14. November:
Frühstück. Besuch von Jerusalem: Davidsstadt
mit Hiskia-Tunnel und Teich Siloah, Gang durch
den alten Wassertunnel zum Ophel (archäologischer Park) und Klagemauer mit jüdischem
Viertel; Mittagspause in der Altstadt; Zionsberg
mit Saal des letzten Abendmahles und dann zur
Hahnenschreikirche, traditionsgemäß war hier
der Palast des Hohepriesters Kaiphas;
Abendessen und Übernachtung in Jerusalem
3. Tag: Dienstag, 15. November:
Frühstück. Besuch des Tempelberges! Anschließend Fahrt nach Bethlehem; Besuch der Geburtskirche und der Hirtenfelder!
Rückfahrt nach Jerusalem zum Jaffator: Freie
Zeit zum Einkaufen in der Altstadt! Transfer zum Hotel um 17.00 Uhr!

4. Tag: Mittwoch, 16. November:
Frühstück und Fahrt zum Ölberg! Von dort zu
Fuß an der Tränenkappelle vorbei nach Gethsemane; Besuch von Gethsemane und eventuell
der Grotte bei Gethsemane;
Weiter zur Altstadt mit Besuch der Grabeskirche, Via Dolorosa und Bethesda!
Abschluss im Gartengrab mit Abendmahlsfeier!

5. Tag: Donnerstag, 17. November:
Frühstück und Fahrt nach Kasr Al Yahud, der
Taufstelle, wo wahrscheinlich Johannes der Täufer taufte; weiter nach Qumran, dem Fundort
der Schriftrollen und Besichtigung; Eventuell
Baden im Toten Meer (Wetter abhängig); durch
die Jordansenke nach Haifa
Abendessen und Übernachtung im Beth-Shalom
in Haifa
8. Tag: Sonntag, 20. November:
Frühstück. Fahrt durch das Huletal zur Baniasquelle und zum Wasserfall (Cäsarea Philippi);
dann noch Besuch einer Olivenölfabrik auf dem

Day 1: Sunday November 13th:
Arrival and transfer to Jerusalem
Possible Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem
Day 2: Monday November 14th:
Breakfast. Visit of Jerusalem: City of David with
Hezekiah’s Tunnel and Siloam Pool, passage
through the old water canal to the Ophel (archaeological park) and Western Wall with the
Jewish Quarter; Lunch break in the Old City; Mt.
Zion with room of the Last Supper and then to
the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu, traditionally believed to be the Palace of the High
Priest Kaifas;
Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem
Day 3: Tuesday November 15th:
Breakfast. Visit of Temple Mount, then trip to
Bethlehem; visit of the Church of the Nativity
and the Shepherds Fields; return to Jerusalem
to the Jaffo Gate; free time for shopping in the
Old City; transfer to the Hotel at 5:00pm
Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem
Day 4: Wednesday November 16th:
Breakfast and trip to the Mt. of Olives and on
foot through the Church of Dominus Flevit (“The
Lord has wept”) on to Gethsemane and possibly
the grotto near Gethsemane;
On to the Old City with visit of the Church of the
Holy Sepulchre, Via Dolorosa and Bethesda;
finally, Garden Tomb with celebration of Communion!

Day 5: Thursday November 17th:
Breakfast and trip to Qasr el Yahud, the baptism
site where it is believed that John the Baptist
used to baptize; proceeding to Qumran, the place of discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and visit
there; possible swimming opportunity in the
Dead Sea (weather permitting); then through
the Jordan Valley on to Haifa
Dinner and overnight stay in Beth-Shalom in
Haifa
Day 6: Friday November 18th:
Sea of Galilee: Mt. of Beatitudes, Capernaum,
Tabgha, Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee with fish
lunch in Ein Gev kibbutz; Yardenit (Baptismal
site at the Jordan River)
Dinner and overnight stay in Haifa
Day 7: Saturday November 19th:
Visit of Mukhraka, the place of the Sacrifice of
Prophet Elijah; on to Caesarea with visit and
then to Nazareth with Church of the Annunciation and Mount Precipice
Dinner and overnight stay in Beth Shalom in
Haifa
Day 8: Sunday November 20th:
Breakfast. Trip through the Hula Valley to the
Banyas springs and waterfall (Caesarea Philippi); then visit of an olive oil factory in the Golan;
view of Syria
