In the recent development of transport, furthermore, it has been necessary to know the dynamic behavior of materials with accuracy. In this course, the metal materials are primarily treated within the fundamentals of the strength and fracture of materials (dislocation, fractography, fracture mechanics, fatigue fracture, and so on) and the dynamic behavior of materials (stress wave propagation, strain rate dependence, and so on), and the theory and practical measuring methods of the dynamic characteristics of materials are focused on. Developing reading comprehension and speaking in English is also aimed at. 教科書 Printed reference materials will be distributed. 関連科目 Advanced Mechanics and Strength of Materials, Advanced Theory of Elasticity, Advanced Numerical Methods of Applied Mechanics. 授業計画 1) Crystal structure and lattice imperfection (PowerPoint material and "Dynamic Behavior of Materials", p.337-) 2) Dislocation and slip system ("Dynamic Behavior of Materials", pp.(337)-340) 3) Thermally activated dislocation motion ("Dynamic Behavior of Materials", pp.340-343) 4) Ductile fracture and brittle fracture ("Solid Mechanics", pp.130-137) 5) Ductile-brittle transition ("Solid Mechanics", pp.137-142) 6-7) Fundamentals of fracture mechanics and stress intensity factor ("Solid Mechanics", pp.143-155) 8-9) Experiment and J-integral ("Solid Mechanics", pp.155-160) 10-12) Fatigue fracture and fractography ("Solid Mechanics", pp.161-(186)) 13-14) High-strain-rate material testing methods and Details of the Hopkinson bar method ("Dynamic Behavior of Materials", pp.296-307) 15) Constitutive equations at high strain rates ("Dynamic Behavior of Materials", pp.323-(337)) 成績評価 Evaluated by attendance, discussion at each class and some reports. 印刷する / Print 閉じる / Close Copyright(C) Osaka Prefecture University All Rights Reserved.
