明治大学で開催する，外国人学生向けの夏期短期集中講座
『Cool Japan Summer Program』では，プログラム運営を
サポートしてくださる【ボランティア】を募集しています。
『Cool Japan Summer Program』とは？
世界各国からの大学生約２０名が日本のポップカルチャーと
伝統文化を英語で学ぶ２週間の短期プログラム！

１活動内容・依頼日

※参加必須ボランティア学生のオリエンテーション

※参加必須学生交流アクティビティの準備・運営，大学・日本のマナー紹介プレゼンテーション，
駿河台キャンパスツアー，ウェルカムパーティ
③ ８月４日(木)１３:３０～１４:４０
外国人学生の発表会準備のサポート
④ ８月５日(金)９:００～１２:００
外国人学生の発表会への参加・サポート
⑤ ８月５日(金)１４:５０～１６:００

４応募資格
・明治大学の学部生であること（交換留学生可）
・日常レベルの英会話能力を有していること
・国際交流，留学生支援に興味があること
５募集人数
５名 ※英語能力よりも，協調性をもって真剣にボランティアに取り組んでもらえるかを重視します。
６応募方法
所定の申込書に記入のうえ，２０１６年６月８日（水）１７時までに指定の窓口に提出してください。

７結果について
サポーターに決定した学生は，６月１３日（月）にOh-o!Meijiをとおしてお知らせします。その際，
６月１６日（木）に駿河台キャンパスで開催する事前説明会の詳細について連絡しますので，必ず参
加してください。
８その他
・"ボランティア"としての募集ですので，無償での活動をお願いすることになります。
・交通費は支給しません。

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We need volunteers to help us with Meiji University’s
“Cool Japan Summer Program” – a short-term summer
program designed for foreign students.
What is “Cool Japan Summer Program”?
It is a two-week program to learn pop and traditional
culture of Japan in English with about 20 students from all
around the world!

1 Dates and Job Responsibilities
① 16 June (Thurs) 16:30～17:30
※MANDATORY Orientation for volunteers
② 20 July (Wed) 13:30-16:00
※MANDATORY Prepare and manage student activities, do a presentation of university and
manners in Japan, and conduct a campus tour of Surugadai Campus, and welcome party
③ 4 August (Thurs) 13:30-14:40
Help and assist Cool Japan participants with their presentations
④ 5 Aug (Fri) 9:00-12:00
Participate and support presentations by Cool Japan participants
⑤ 5 Aug (Fri) 14:50-16:00
Participate in farewell party
⑥ Support the lecture you participate in
※①～⑤ are held in Surugadai Campus.
2 Privilege
Volunteer will be able to participate (and support) in one of the lectures of the program!

Surugadai Campus (mainly) (Nakano Campus/Ikuta Campus depending on the lecture)
4 Eligibility Requirements
-Undergraduate student from Meiji University (including exchange students)
-English speaking ability at everyday conversational level
-Interests in international exchange and supporting students from foreign countries
5 Number of volunteers needed
5 volunteers *A committed and cooperative volunteer is needed!
6 How to apply
Submit the application form to the specified office listed below by 17:00 on 8 June (Wed) 2016.

7 Results
On 13 June (Mon), we will send a notification through Oh-o!Meiji system to the successful
applicants with the information regarding the orientation which will be held on 16 June (Thurs) in
Surugadai Campus. Volunteers must participate in the orientation.
8 Others
-Volunteers will not be paid.
-Transportation fee will not be paid.
