注意事項：・中止した科目の代わりに新たな科目の追加をすることはできません。
・中止をした科目の成績はつきません。
Period：・For courses in the Spring semester or in the first half of the Spring semester:
9:15-16:50 on Monday, May 16 and Tuesday, May 17, 2016
・For courses in the second half of the Spring semester:
9:15-16:50 on Wednesday, June 22 and Thursday, June 23, 2016
Place：Academic Affairs Office, 1st floor in Alpha building
Applicable Courses：Courses* offered by the Faculty or Graduate School you belong to only.
*The courses must be registered in this Spring Semester.
Items to Bring：・Student ID Card
・A printout of the course registration confirmation screen on the Gakuji Web System
・Application Form for Course Registration Cancellation (This form)
Please Note：・Students MAY NOT add course(s) to replace those that has/have been cancelled.
・No grade(s) will be given to the course(s) that has/have been cancelled.
