北部構内国際親善サッカー大会
農学研究科・農学部国際交流室
北部構内のワールドカップ！今年も北部構内国際親善サッカー大会を
下記の通り開催します。
サッカー大会後にはビアパーティーも予定しています。
外国人留学生・研究者だけでなく、日本人の方も奮ってご参加ください！
（本大会は京大蹴球部のご協力をいただいております。）
開催日：2016 年 7 月 9 日（土）
小雨決行。大雨の場合は延期
会場：サッカー大会は農学部グラウンド、ビアパーティーは北部生協 2 階多目的ホール
当日スケジュール：
12:30−13:00 選手登録（出場選手は必ず登録のこと）
13:00−13:30 チーム編成・準備運動
チーム編成は原則として、事前にチームが決まっている場合はそのまま、人数が足りな
13:30−16:30
17:00−18:30
いなど決まっていない場合は参加者数や出身国によって適宜決めます。
試合（試合時間はチーム数によりますが、およそ 20 分間の予定）
ビアパーティー
参加費：サッカー大会参加は無料。ビアパーティー参加費は 500 円（詳しくは下記参照）。
申込方法：下記に記載の国際交流室ホームページから、
既にチームが決まっている場合は「チーム応募」、まだチームに
属していない方は「個人応募」のフォームをダウンロード
して、メールで [email protected] に送ってください。
各チームとも最低 1 名の主審または線審を出してください。

ビアパーティーについて
チューター募集！
例年のバーベキューにかわって、サッカー大会終了後、今年は北部生協 2
階で軽食とビール、ソフトドリンクを囲んでビアパーティーを開催しま
す。
都合上、申込締め切り時点で参加希望者が 50 名に満たない場合、ビアパ
ーティーは中止とします。
ビアパーティー開催の有無については、申込期間終了後、参加希望者に
メールでお知らせします。
ビアパーティー開催決定後、参加を希望される方は 7 月 6 日（水）まで
に参加費 500 円を国際交流室に持参してください。
当日お手伝い（受付や救護な
ど）をしていただけるチュー
ターを募集します。

15th Annual
International Friendship Soccer Tournament
International Exchange Section
Faculty and Graduate School of Agriculture
World Cup of North Campus! We are hosting the 15th Annual
International Friendship Soccer Tournament. There will also be a Beer
Party after the tournament. We hope to see many international students
and scholars as well as Japanese students and faculty/ staff members!
(The Soccer Tournament is organized with the cooperation of Kyoto
University Soccer Club.)
Date：July 9 (Sat), 2016 (May be postponed in case of heavy rain)
Place：Soccer Tournament – Athletic Field, North Campus / Beer Party – 2nd floor, North Campus Co-op
Schedule：
12:30−13:00 Registration
13:00−13:30 Team forming and warm-up
No need to form a new team if you are already in one with other players. Individual participants
will be assigned to a team according to the number and nationalities of the participants.
13:30−16:30 Soccer games (Length of each game will depend on the number of teams. One game is
expected to last about 20 minutes.)
17:00−18:30 Beer Party
Cost：Soccer Tournament – Free / Beer Party – 500 yen (Details below)
Application：Download the application form (Team or Individual) from our website and
send the completed form to [email protected] by e-mail.
Please make sure to name at least one referee or linesman in a team.

Beer Party
Tutors Wanted!
Instead of BBQ Party, we will host a Beer Party at North Campus Co-op
after Soccer Tournament. There will be light meal, beer, and soft drink.
Due to various reasons, the Beer Party will be cancelled if there are less
than 50 applications after the deadline.
We will notify the applicants whether the party will be held or not by e-mail
after the application period.
After it has been confirmed that the Beer Party will take place, all the
applicants must pay 500 yen at International Exchange Section by July 6
(Wed).
We will be recruiting tutors
who can help us at the
Soccer Tournament at the
reception area, first aid, etc.
