[目的] JIU-CLiCsは、地域の窓口機能を果た
し、本学と地域社会との協働を円滑に進めるこ
とを目的としています。
[活動] JIU-CLiCsは、本学で実施される地域
に関わる教育･研究及び社会貢献活動を統括･調
整することにより、様々な活動を支援します。

JIU-CLiCs, JIU-Community Liaison Center

aims at community empowerment by
supporting development of industry and
tourism, healthcare and welfare, human
resources development, community-based
research, cooperation and internships. We
hope to communicate all the people on
community-based activities for building of
a human network around Kujukuri area.
[活動例] 福祉看護薬学協同専門職連携教育

[地域の特徴] 東金キャンパスが所在する地域
は、千葉県九十九里浜沿岸の自然環境に囲まれ、
海産物や農産物に恵まれた魅力にあふれていま
す。その一方で、少子高齢化や経済の縮小化が
進み、産業･観光の再活性化や医療･福祉連携に
よる地域ケアの必要性が高まっています。この
ような地域を支えるためには限られた資源を有
効活用し、地域の人々のヒューマンネットワー
クを豊かにして、安心して暮らせるまちづくり
をデザインしていくことが求められています。
