Die vorliegende Anleitung “BEDIENUNG UND WARTUNG” ist integrierender Bestandteil der Ausrüstung und muß dem Bedienungsund Wartungspersonal stets zur
Verfügung stehen.
Der Bediener, der Anlagenführer
und das Wartungspersonal müssen den Inhalt der vorliegenden
Anleitung kennen. Die in dieser
Veröffentlichung enthaltenen Beschreibungen und Abbildungen
sind nicht verbindlich.
Unter Beibehaltung der wesentlichen Eigenschatten der beschriebenen Maschinen behält sich der
Hersteller das Recht vor, zu jedem
Zeitpunkt und ohne rechtzeitige
Neubearbeitung dieser Veröffentlichung eventuelle Änderungen an
Organen, Einzelteilen und Zubehör anzubringen, die sie im Hinblick auf die Produktverbesserung
oder aufgrund konstruktionsbedingter oder kommerzieller Erfordernisse als notwendig erachtet.
GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND
REGULATIONS
- This equipment must not be
used, even partially, by unauthorised personnel.
- The shop foreman and the Department Managers are responsible for training the operators
and must check the levels of skill
achieved.
- The equipment must not be used
for purposes other than those for
which it was designed.
- Read carefully the warning notices attached to the machine.
- Do not remove the warning notices attached to the machine.
- When the machine is running no
maintenance, repairs, or regulations must be carried out unless
absolutely necessary for the
work cycle. The machine must
always be disconnected from all
electrical power supplies before
carrying out any of the above
operations.
- Do not remove the protections
and safety devices from the machine.
- Do not start work with the protections opened, and do not
open them during the work.
- Always wear safety gloves when
working on the machine.
- At the end of the work shift, disconnect the machine from the
electric power and compressed
air supply.
- Any repair, service or maintenance work, whether electrical
or otherwise, must be in compliance with CEI standards 64-8
462.2 463.1 573.3.
VORSCHRIFTEN UND
ALLGEMEINE VERBOTE
- Auch die nur teilweise Installation
und Bedienung der Ausrüstung
durch nicht ausdrücklich autorisiertes Personal ist verboten.
- Die Schulung des zu diesem
Zweck herangezogenen Personals ist vom Betriebsleiter und den
Abteilungsleitern durchzuführen
und zu überwachen.
- Es ist verboten, das Gerät auf bestimmungswidrige Weise zu verwenden.
- Die auf der Maschine angebrachten Warn- und Gefahrenschilder
aufmerksam lesen.
- Es ist verboten, die Warn- und
Gefahrenschilder von der Maschine zu entfernen.
- Die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, Reparaturen, Änderungen und anderen für den Arbeitszyklus bei laufender Maschine
nicht unbedingt notwendigen Arbeiten ist verboten. Vor jedem Eingriff ist unbedingt die Stromversorgung zur Maschine zu unterbrechen.
- Es ist verboten, die auf der Maschine angebrachten Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen zu entfernen.
- Es ist verboten, die Arbeit mit offenen Schutzvorrichtungen zu beginnen oder diese während der
Arbeit zu öffnen.
- Nur mit Schutzhandschuhen an
der Maschine arbeiten.
- Am Ende der Arbeitszeiten die
Maschine immer von den elektrischen und pneumatischen Versorgungsquellen trennen.
- Jede elektrische und nicht elektrische Wartung muß in Übereinstimmung mit den Normen CEI
64-8 462.2 463.1 573.3 durchgeführt werden.

Before starting the machine,
check that the electrical connections have been carried out completely and correctly. Below is a
summary of the checks to be
done.

- Check that all warning and danger notices are present and complete.
- Check if foreign bodies or water
have infiltrated the valve. If so,
empty and clean thoroughly.

- Sicherstellen, daß keine Fremdkörper oder Wasser in das Ventil eingedrungen sind. Andernfalls Ventil entleeren und sorgfältig reinigen.

- Prendere visione completa del
manuale USO e MANUTENZIONE.
- Verificare il corretto fissaggio
delle flange.
- Verificare la corretta connessione delle alimentazioni elettriche,
meccaniche e pneumatiche e la
perfetta chiusura delle scatole
contenenti le connessioni stesse.
- Verificare la corretta regolazione della pressione operativa (1.5
- 2 bar).
- Verificare che sia stata installata una protezione nella zona di
ingresso, se non collegata.
- Verificare la presenza e l’integrità di tutte le segnalazioni di pericolo e di divieto.
- Verificare se sostanze estranee
oppure acqua sono entrate nella valvola. Se così fosse svuotare e pulire accuratamente.
La procedura di cui sopra sarà
da ripetere ogni qualvolta l’impianto sia riavviato dopo un periodo di sosta superiore alla settimana.
E’ VIETATO
- l’uso della valvola per fluidi infiammabili o con parti solide
che potrebbero esplodere;
- l’uso della valvola priva dei dispositivi di protezione e di sicurezza elencati nel seguente manuale;
- l’uso della valvola qualora si
manifestino anomalie apprezzabili nel funzionamento della
stessa;
- l’uso della valvola dopo interventi di riparazione e/o manutenzione senza avere rifatto i
controlli di cui alla pag. M.23.
