Ziele
Das Kursangebot der überfachlichen Kompetenzen
unterstützt Forschende während der
Promotionsphase und bereitet auf neue und
weiterführende Forschungs- und Berufstätigkeiten
inner- und ausserhalb der Universität vor.
Goals
The transferable skills training supports researcher
during their dissertation period and prepares them for a
professional career inside or outside of academia.
Inhalte
Das Kursangebot ist gemäss Absprachen mit den
Fakultäten und bestehenden Doktoratsprogrammen
nach den ECTS-Grundsätzen und internationalen
Standards konzipiert worden. Bei der Konzeption der
individuellen Semester-angebote fliessen die
Evaluationsergebnisse aus den jeweiligen Kursen mit
ein. Das gesamte Angebot wird von anerkannten
Fachpersonen durchgeführt und auf Deutsch und
Englisch angeboten.
Content
The courses in transferable skills were specifically
implemented on behalf of the individual needs of the
faculties and PhD programs, based on international
guidelines and ECTS standards. All courses are led by
experts in the field and offered in German and English.
Teilnahmebestätigung
Eine Teilnahmebestätigung wird nur bei
bestandenem Leistungsnachweis und lückenloser
Teilnahme ausgestellt. Für die Anerkennung und
Anrechnung sind die Fakultäten zuständig.
Certificate of Attendance
Successful completion of examinations and perfect
attendance are required for a certificate. The individual
faculties are responsible for granting credits.
Registrierung
Alle Kurse werden am ersten Tag des neuen
Semesters gleichzeitig zur online Anmeldung
geöffnet. Die Kurse sind Doktorierenden und
Postdocs der Universität Basel vorbehalten und
kostenfrei.
Registration
All courses will simultaneously open for online
registration on the first day of a new term. The courses
are free of charge and reserved for PhD students and
Post Docs of the University of Basel.
Abmeldung
Die Abmeldung vom Kurs ist bis zu 14 Tage vor
Kursbeginn per E-Mail möglich. Kursteil-nehmende,
welche unentschuldigt fehlen oder den Kurs
unbegründet unvollständig besuchen, werden für die
Dauer von einem Semester aus Gründen der
Fairness bei der Anmeldung nicht berücksichtigt.
Deregistration
A course may be cancelled up to 14 days before its
scheduled date. Participants failed to attend a course
for which they registered or remaining absent form a
course without an excuse will be excluded from the
transferable skills programme for the following
semester.
