Determination of the maximum load
The Air flight case side panel was clamped in a holding device.
Tensile load of the handles and riveting to destruction.
Result: The riveting and handles are still strong enough but the holding device
has been destroyed.

Continuous test with 500 cycles (tipping)
Simulating the „tipping“ with 500 cycles and a tensile load of 400kg
and release to 50kg.
Result: After 500 cycles the riveting and handles as well as the material remain stable.
Only bending of the handle anchoring and a deviating angle of the
handle position by 15°
Handle position before / angle: 93 °
Handle position after 500 cycles by 500 N to 4000 N
(50 Kg to 400 kg) / angle: 108 °

Result: After 1000 cycles the riveting and handles as well as the material remain stable.
Only moderate bending of the handle anchoring and a deviating angle of the
handle position by 2°
Handle position before / angle: 93 °
Handle position after 1000 cycles by 500 N to 2000 N
(50 Kg to 200 kg) / angle: 95 °
