Country-by-Country Reporting der IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG nach § 26a KWG zum 31. März 2015 Die Anforderungen zum Country-by-Country Reporting aus Artikel 89 der EU-Richtlinie 2013/36/EU wurden in § 26a KWG in deutsches Recht umgesetzt und im Geschäftsjahr 2013/14 erstmals publiziert. Danach hat die IKB als CRR-Institut auf konsolidierter Basis die Kennzahlen Umsatz, Gewinn oder Verlust vor Steuern, Steuern auf Gewinn oder Verlust, erhaltene öffentliche Beihilfen sowie die Anzahl der Lohnund Gehaltsempfänger in Vollzeitäquivalenten aufgeschlüsselt nach Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union und Drittstaaten darzulegen. Als Umsatz wird das in den Konzernabschluss nach HGB einbezogene Vorsteuerergebnis ohne Berücksichtigung von Konsolidierungseffekten, Risikovorsorge, Verwaltungsaufwendungen sowie Zuführungen zum Fonds für allgemeine Bankrisiken nach § 340g HGB angegeben. Als Gewinn/Verlust vor Steuern wird das Operative Ergebnis der Bank herangezogen. Die Steuern auf Gewinn/Verlust beinhalten die Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag inklusive latenter Steuern. Öffentliche Beihilfen hat weder die IKB noch eine ihrer Tochtergesellschaften erhalten.
