Sparen mit System
GESS – DAS GREINER ENERGIE SPAR-SYSTEM
Der größte Energieanteil wird bei Extrudermotoren
und Vakuumpumpen in den Kalibriertischen
benötigt. Durch die bedarfsgerechte Regelung
der einzelnen Vakuumpumpen und den Einsatz
von Seitenkanalverdichtern für die Tankabsaugung
werden mit dem GESS bis zu 80 % an Energie
eingespart. GESS kann bei bestehenden Anlagen
nachgerüstet werden und stellt somit eine
attraktive Option für jeden Extrusionsbetrieb dar.

The majority of energy consumed in the operation
of extruder motors and vacuum pumps is used
by the calibration tables. By incorporating a
demand-actuated system to control individual
vacuum pumps along with side-channel compressors for tank emptying, GESS reduces energy
consumption by up to 80%. GESS can be
retrofitted to existing plants, and it is a truly
attractive option for every extrusion facility.
