Mitbewohner gesucht!
Ich, Zita (23), suche eine Mitbewohnerin/einen Mitbewohner für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung
in der Fliederstraße in Kamp- Lintfort. Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende Februar 2016
für ihr Praxissemester aus, ich selber bleibe noch bis voraussichtlich August/September in
der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm groß. Die Möbel können von der Vormieterin zum geringen Preis
erworben werden. Küche und Badezimmer sind über den Flur zu erreichen, außerdem
verfügt die Wohnung über einen Balkon und eine Abstellkammer.
Zur Hochschule sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 20 Min. zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus.
Zum Edeka sind es höchstens 5 Minuten.
Die Miete beträgt mit allen Nebenkosten 215 €, Internet &Telefon 10€ und Strom 25,50€
(variabel).

Looking for a flat mate!
My name is Zita (23) and I’m looking for a flat mate for my 2-room-appartment in KampLintfort. My current flat mate will move out end of February 2016 for her internship; I
probably want to stay in the flat until August/September 2016.
The room to rent has about 14 square meters. Furniture can be bought from the former
tenant for a low price. Kitchen and bathroom can be reached from the hall; the flat also has
got a balcony and a box room.
The way by bike to university is 10 minutes and by foot or bus 20 minutes. It’s max. 5
minutes to the next supermarket.
The rent is 215 € (incl. additional costs), 10€ Phone& Internet, 25.50 € electricity (can vary).
