- BEAUTIFUL 1 ROOM APPARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF GIESSEN
BESCHREIBUNG:
Verwinkelte Wohnung (34 qm) mit großem zentralen Zimmer, das durch Wand und
elegante Schiebetür von der Küche getrennt ist. Der ca. 10m lange Balkon bietet
einen Blick auf "downtown Gießen" (5 min zur Busstation Marktplatz) und
beherbergt einige grüne Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung überlasse ich während eines
Austauschsemesters komplett möbliert - Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank...alles
vorhanden. Wenn gewünscht, kann auch eine Spülmaschine aus dem Keller nach oben
gebracht werden.
Ach und natürlich wird die Wohnung für den/die Zwischenmieter_in noch etwas
leere sein für Stauraum und die persönliche Note ;)

DESCRIPTION:
Unconventionally twisted flat with a few tiny surprise rooms and one big central
living room. Kitchen is seperated from the main living area by a sliding door.
The view from the balcony (app. 10m) faces downtown gießen ( 5 min to Marktplatz
bus station) and you'll find some small green flatmates living there. I will
leave the flat fully furnished for the time of my semester abroad. If you need
it there's a dish washing machine in the cellar which can be brought up and used
(I wash by hand). Of course the flat will be emptier than on the pictures so
that you'll find space for your personal stuff.
