Anschlussblock VABM-B10-20E:
Pneumatische Verkettung der Ventile.
3. Sicherheitshinweise und Hinweise zur Montage
Vorsicht
Unerwartete Bewegung von Bauteilen.
Verletzung durch Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung.
 Druckluft vor Montagearbeiten abschalten.
Die Anzahl der Schrauben 2, Dichtungen 3/4 und Ventile 7 ist von den verfügbaren
Ventilplätzen abhängig.
Anzahl = 2 x verfügbare Ventilplätze
Bei Ventilen VUVS-L...:
 Dichtung 4 in die Senkung
des Ventils 7 formschlüssig platzieren. Kanalbezeichnung 1/3/5 bzw. 1/3
beachten.

 Die Blindstopfen 5/6 bei
Bedarf an gewünschter Stelle eindrehen.

 Schrauben 2 in die Bohrungen des Ventils 7
schieben.
 Schrauben 2 sind verliergesichert.
 Dichtungen 3 in die Öffnungen (C) schieben. Drehende Bewegung während
der Montage erforderlich.
 Ventil 7 auf den Anschlussblock 1 positionieren.
Kontrolle:
– Nase (D) ist in der Nut (E)
– Ventil 7 ist parallel zur Fläche (F) ausgerichtet
– Kanalbezeichnungen 1/3/5
bzw. 1/3 stimmen überein.
 Schrauben 2 festdrehen.

2. Intended use
Connection block VABM-B10-20E:
Pneumatic linking of the valves.
3. Safety instructions and notes on mounting
Caution
Unexpected movement of components.
Injury due to impacts or pinching.
 Switch off compressed air before mounting work.
The number of screws 2, seals 3/4 and valves 7 is dependent on the available valve
positions.
Number = 2 x available valve positions
For valves VUVS-L...:
 Place the seal 4 in the depression of the valve 7 so
it is positive-locking.
Observe channel designation 1/3/5 or 1/3.

 Screw in the blanking
plugs 5/6 at the desired
position, as required.

 Push screws 2 into the drill
holes of the valve 7.
 Screws 2 are protected
against loss.
 Insert seals 3 into the
orifices (C). Rotating movement required during
mounting.
 Position valve 7 on the
connection block 1.
Check:
– Projection (D) is in the
slot (E)
– Valve 7 is aligned parallel
to the surface (F)
– Channel designations 1/3/5
or 1/3 agree with each
other.
 Tighten screws 2.
