Wir bestellen für die Laufzeit der METAV 2016 ________ Pressefach/fächer (Format DIN A4, 35 cm lang, 25 cm breit, 6 cm hoch).

Die Schutzgebühr von € 50,– zzgl. MwSt. pro Fach wird uns mit der Endabrechnung belastet.

Erstbestückung: Pressezentrum, Montag, 22. Februar 2016, von 12.00 bis 18.00 Uhr.
Nachfüllen: Während der Laufzeit täglich ab 09.00 Uhr. Hierfür ist der Aussteller selbst verantwortlich.
Restmaterial: Restliches Pressematerial, das am letzten Veranstaltungstag nicht abgeholt wird, wird vernichtet.

Aussteller selbst verantwortlich.
Presseaktivitäten, die in der Halle oder außerhalb des Messegeländes stattfinden, sollten uns ebenfalls gemeldet werden, damit diese auch
in den Presseterminkalender aufgenommen werden können.

*Registration: The date is to be coordinated with the Press Office as early as possible to avoid overlapping with conferences of other
exhibitors. The Press Office registers and publishes the event in the press event calendar. The registration fax is forwarded on to the Events Dept.
(Tel. +49 211 4560-8404), from where the offer on room accommodation, equipment and catering is sent to the exhibitor. Organisation of
the conference is in the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Press conferences held on the exhibitor’s stand or outside the fairgrounds should be reported as well to be included in the press event calendar, too.
