As of now only one registration is necessary for both BCCB and APL. New customers should open
http://www.bccb-dubai.com and click the item „Registration“ in the upper menu.
On the following page enter your data in all the fields and select the preferred payment.
Immediately after you sent the form you will get an email with the link to the confirmation page –
please inform your customers to check the spam folder as well..
With this link we check if


The entered email address is correct
And if the mailbox is accessible.
Please inform your partners to inform us of any change of the email address. Otherwise important
messages, newsletters, etc. can’t be delivered properly.
After the confirmation the new investors will get 2 welcome mails from both APL and BCCB.
The welcome mail of APL contains the next steps needed to create an investment account within the
APL platform. Without that information, no account will be created and thus no investment is
possible.
On the very same day the new customers will get an invoice for the membership fee of BCCB. They
will find the correct account data within this mail. Please inform your partners that a transfer without
invoice number and name can’t be assigned correctly. A lock of the account, also in APL, would be
the result. Please be sure to transfer every amount to APL and BCCB exempt from charges.
The usernames within APL and BCCB will be the same for both platforms. However, for security
reasons the passwords will be different. A change of a password can only be done by the customer
himself. Passwords are encrypted and thus can’t be read.

Od teď je nutná pouze jedna registrace pro obě firmy – BCCB a APL. Noví klienti si otevřou
http://www.bccb-dubai.com a kliknou na „Registrace” v horním menu.
Na stránce, která se objeví, vyplní všechny kolonky a vyberou si výši platby. Okamžitě po odeslání
formuláře dostanete mail, ve kterém bude link k potvrzení stránky – prosím Vás informujte vaše
klienty, aby si zkontrolovali jejich spam složku v jejich mailu.
Tímto mailem s linkem je provedena kontrola jestli
· je Vaše mailová adresa v pořádku
· a Váš mail je dosažitelný
Prosím Vás, informujte Vaše klienty, aby nám dali vědět při změně mailové adresy. Jinak by důležité
vzkazy, novinky a maily nemohly být doručeny správně.
Po potvrzení dostane investor dva uvítací maily od APL a BCCB.
Uvítací mail od APL obsahuje návod – postup pro vytvoření investičního účtu v platformě APL. Bez
této informace není možné vytvoření účtu a ani investice není možná.
Ve stejný den noví klienti obdrží mail s fakturou za členství v BCCB. V tomto mailu naleznou správné
koordináty pro platbu. Informujte prosím Vaše klienty o tom, že převod platby bez čísla faktury a
jména klienta nemůže být správně přijat. Z tohoto důvodu Vám může být účet v BCCB a APL
zablokován. Buďte si jistí, prosím, aby jste při platbě zaplatili převodní poplatky.
Usernames – uživatelské jména jsou v obou platformách – APL i BCCB stejná. Ale hesla jsou z důvodu
zabezpečení rozdílná. Změna hesla může být provedena pouze klientem samotným. Hesla jsou
zašifrována a proto nemohou být přečtena a tím i poslána.

Mit sofortiger Wirkung ist nur noch eine Anmeldung für die BCCB und die APL notwendig. Neue
Kunden gehen hierzu auf http://www.bccb-dubai.com und klicken auf den Punkt „Registrierung“ im
oberen Menü.
Auf der folgenden Seite füllen Sie bitte alle Felder aus und wählen ihre gewünschte Zahlung.
Unmittelbar nach dem Absenden des Formulars bekommen die neuen Kunden ein Email mit dem
Bestätigungslink – bitte informieren sie ihre Kunden dass sie auch in ihrem Spamordner nachsehen.
Mit diesem Bestätigungslink wird geprüft ob


Die Emailadresse stimmt und
Ob die Mailbox des Kunden auch erreichbar ist.
Bitte informieren Sie ihre neuen Partner dass sie uns jede Änderung der Emailadresse mitteilen.
Wichtige Nachrichten, Newsletter usw. können sonst nicht zugestellt werden.
Nach dem bestätigen der Emailadresse bekommen die neuen Partner zwei Emails – jeweils ein
Willkommensmail der APL und der BCCB.
Im Willkommensmail der APL sind die weiteren Schritte für ein Investment enthalten. Ohne diese
Schritte kann in der APL kein Investmentkonto angelegt werden.
Am selben Tag bekommen die neuen Kunden eine Rechnung der BCCB mit der Vorschreibung des
Mitgliedsbeitrages. In diesem Mail sind auch die Kontodaten enthalten. Bitte weisen Sie ihre neuen
Partner daraufhin, das eine Einzahlung des Mitgliedsbeitrages ohne Rechnungsnummer und dem
Namen von uns nicht zugeordnet werden kann und den ganzen Registrierungsablauf nicht
beschleunigt sondern unter Umständen zu einer Sperrung des Kontos führt. Bei der Überweisung
des Mitgliedsbeitrages ist darauf zu achten das die Überweisung für die BCCB und die APL spesenfrei
zu erfolgen hat.
Die Usernamen der neuen Kunden sind ab sofort in der APL und der BCCB gleich. Aus
Sicherheitsgründen sind aber unterschiedliche Passwörter vorhanden. Eine Änderung des Passwortes
kann nur durch den Kunden selber vorgenommen werden. Die Passwörter sind verschlüsselt und
können von uns nicht eingesehen oder geändert werden.
