The Z-Medical MIS Pedicle screw system. The ideal solution
for basic and challenging spinal surgery, as well as revisions
and extensions. Only one universal set of instruments and four
types of screws enable the surgeon to do all common indications. It offers safety, optimal intraoperative control and reduces
surgical steps. It allows smaller incisions for a better cosmetic
result. Z-Medical® implants stand for precision, are already preassembled, single sterile packaged and ready for surgery.
Das Z-Medical® MIS Pedikelschrauben System. Die Komplettlösung für die einfache und anspruchsvolle Wirbelsäulenchirurgie,
wie auch Revisionen und Erweiterungen. Nur ein universelles
Instrumentenset und vier Schraubentypen ermöglicht dem
Chirurgen die Durchführung aller gängigen Indikationen. Es
bietet Sicherheit, optimale intraoperative Kontrolle und reduziert

Slim multifunctional lengthening shaft (1.)
Schlanker multifunktionaler Verlängerungschaft (1.)
with only 12mm diameter, all screw types are preloaded and
rigid connected to the implant. With and through this all surgical
steps are performed. The rod can be inserted along the long
guiding notch or through a seperate incision.

is performed. Uprighting e.g. with fractures, as well as derotations e.g. with scoliosis is achieved directly with the Ini and the
long reduction thread without additional assembly of uprighting
instruments.

Geniale SnapOff-Technik (3.)
allows a very strong connection between the lengthening shaft
and the implant. This offers the possibility of a direct manipulation of the screw without any additional instruments. An easy,
safe and burr-free seperation from the lengthening shaft is
possible through a simple turn of the tulip breaker.

All screws are self-drilling and self-tapping due to it´s unique
tip and thread design. A multi conical double thread design
increases stability and offers comfort during insertion into the
pedicle.

sowie ihre Gewindegeometrie selbstbohrend und selbstschneidend. Ein mehrfach konisches, zweigängiges Gewindedesign erhöht die Stabilität und bietet Komfort beim Eindrehen

is possible if required with the bone cement filler cannula directly through the screwdriver. All types of screws are cannulated
and fenestrated. Optionally eight screwdrivers for simultaneous cementation can be placed in the set.

Z-Medical® Instrumentenset
Four intelligent types of screws allow to cover all common
indications only with one slim set of instruments. Nevertheless
it contains the necessary instruments for minimal invasive as
well as for open surgeries. Double placing of instruments allows
parallel working of two surgeons.
