for chemical processing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, oil & gas and refining industries.
In order to support our German team in Lindau (Bodensee) in their continuous improvement and
lean activities we are looking for a
Lean Professional / CBS Facilitator (m/f)
Responsibilities:

• Oversee, facilitate, train, track and drive the so called Crane Business System (CBS) throughout the
organization and create a corporate culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and deploy annual CBS programs that will fully support the business strategies of Crane
including all reporting and follow up activities
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen-/Improvement Events to achieve strategic business targets in the areas of
Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth
• Focus on resolving critical business issues by identifying and developing teams and action plans and
by motivating and empowering employees to continuously improve and grow the business
• Development of tool champions from all areas / departments
• Project work
Qualifications:
•
Graduated in a technical, business or related field - MBA desirable
•
2+ years experience in Lean Management preferably with experience in metal cutting and/or
forming manufacturing environment
•
Certified or experienced in Lean Production tools
•
Motivated team player with demonstrated training and facilitation skills
•
Ability to think “Outside the box”, high level of engagement and Hands-on mentality – “just do it”
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German language
•
Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, and other key software used in monitoring
CBS projects
