Aufgrund der voranschreitenden Globalisierung nimmt die Konkurrenz auf den Märkten immer mehr zu. Um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben, ist es notwendig neue, wirtschaftliche Produkte und Prozesse zu entwickeln. Durch Automatisierung können Prozesse ohne das Eingreifen des Menschen ausgeführt werden. Vor allem in Ländern mit hohem Lohnniveau steht
bei der Betrachtung der Wirtschaftlichkeit die Lohnkostensenkung immer mehr im Vordergrund. Aus diesem Grund gewinnt die Automatisierung der Prozesse in diesen Ländern immer mehr an Bedeutung.
In dieser Diplomarbeit wird die Automatisierung der Türfalz-Abdichtung in der Automobilindustrie, welche bisher aufgrund der schlechten Zugänglichkeit des Türfalzes manuell vorgenommen wird, behandelt. Durch eine Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse des automatisierten Prozesses werden seine Chancen auf dem Markt bestimmt. Um die wirtschaftlichen Vorteile des
automatisierten Prozesses gegenüber dem manuellen zu ermitteln, wird ein Programm zur
Auswertung der wichtigsten Daten erstellt. Dieses Programm vergleicht die Kosten der beiden Prozesse miteinander. Durch die im Programm durchgeführte Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse
kann eine Aussage zur Rentabilität der Automatisierung gemacht werden.
Abstract
Because of the globalisation, the competition on the markets is increasing. In order to remain
competitive, it is necessary to develop new efficient products and processes. Due to the
automation, processes can run without the interposition of humans. Especially in countries
where the wage level is high the consideration of the efficiency goes to the reduction of wage
costs. On this reason automation gets more and more important in these countries.
This diploma thesis is about the automation of the hem flange sealing in the automobile industry, which is because of the bad accessibility a manual process today. Its chances on the
market are determined by an economic analysis of the automated process. To point out the
economical advantages of the automated, in comparison with the manual process a computer program will be developed to evaluate the most important data. This program compares the costs of both processes. A statement about the profitability can be made by the
economic analysis accomplished in the program.
