Nach Benutzung der Küche ist auf Folgendes zu
achten:
After using the kitchen, please note the following:
使用厨房时请注意以下几点:

Herdplatten nach Gebrauch reinigen

Backofen: Backpapier benutzen und
den Backofen nach Benutzung feucht
auswischen


Dunstabzugshauben abwischen
Alle Fettspritzer entfernen

Arbeitsplatte und Tisch abräumen und
abwischen

Spülbecken: Essensreste entfernen und
reinigen

Küchenfußboden regelmäßig fegen
und feucht wischen





Clean the stovetop

炉灶：使用之后请清理干净；

Use baking paper in the oven. After use,
gently wipe out the oven with a moist
object (i.e. cloth, towel, etc.)

烤箱：使用时请铺烤箱专用纸（Backpapier），使用之后
请用湿抹布将内部油污擦拭干净；

Wipe off the exhaust hood

抽油烟机：用湿抹布将油污擦拭干净；

Remove all grease splatters

请务必将所有油渍擦拭干净；

Gather and clean up all used utensils and
dishes. Clean kitchen units and table

工作台及桌子：请腾空并擦拭干净；

餐具：请清洗干净并放回橱柜；

碗池：请将残渣剩菜清清除，将水池清洗干净；

冰箱：请注意定期清理内部（请与所有用户一起制定值日
表）；

冷柜：请注意定期清理内部，保证一年两次除霜；

厨余垃圾：请注意按照以下规则分类处理：不可回收的垃
圾、塑料包装、废纸、废旧玻璃瓶罐；

请勿在橱柜、冰箱、冷柜、窗台、地板上放置任何物品；

电器：如烤面包机、烧水壶、电饭煲、咖啡机、微波炉等
，使用时请注意安全，用后请注意清洁

After cleaning your own dishes and utensils,
remove all food waste from the sink. Clean
the sink

Sweep and mop the kitchen floor regularly

Clean the inside of the refrigerator
(please establish a cleaning plan)

Clean kitchen units and table

Abfall bitte wie folgt trennen: Restmüll,
Verpackungsmüll, Altpapier und Altglas
in die beim Wohnhaus vorhandenen
Müllcontainer bringen
Clean the inside of the freezer.
Defrost the freezer twice per year

Achten Sie bitte auf die Sauberkeit und
Betriebssicherheit eigener Elektrogeräte:
Toaster, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher,
Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle usw.
Separate the trash as follows: residual
waste, packaging waste, used paper, and
used glass. Dump trash in appropriate
containers outside of the building

Please be aware of the cleanliness and
operational safety of electronic appliances:
e.g. toasters, water cookers, rice cookers,
coffee machines, microwaves, etc.
Kühlschrank von innen reinigen.
(bitte Reinigungsplan aufstellen)
Gefrierschrank von innen reinigen und
zweimal jährlich abtauen
