Members of the board of directors

Following the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Management
Company of LE FREEPORT, the members of the board of directors are:

Yves Bouvier, Shareholder

Olivier Thomas, Shareholder
•
David Arendt, Managing Director
•
Alphonse Berns (former Ambassador, Permanent Representative to NATO and high ranking official in the
Ministry of Finance) Independent Director
•
Robert Goebbels (former Minister and Member of the
European Parliament), Independent Director
Notwithstanding his re-election as a board member, Yves Bouvier
has decided not to participate in the governance of the Freeport
until all pending proceedings against him are ruled in his favor. Yves
Bouvier vigorously denies any wrongdoing.

A l’issue de l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de la société de gestion
du LE FREEPORT Luxembourg qui s’est tenue récemment, le Conseil
d’Administration de la Société se compose comme suit :

Alphonse Berns (ancien Ambassadeur, Représentant
Permanent auprès de l’OTAN et haut Fonctionnaire auprès
du Ministère des Finances), administrateur indépendant

Robert Goebbels (ancien Ministre et Député du Parlement
européen), administrateur indépendant
Afin de se consacrer à sa défense dans des procédures judiciaires
en cours, Yves Bouvier a décidé de ne plus participer activement
à la gouvernance du Freeport Luxembourg, ce jusqu’à ce que les
accusations lancées contre lui -et qu’il conteste énergétiquementsoient écartées.

Hauptversammlung der Betreibergesellschaft
Zur unmittelbaren Freigabe
Kürzlich fand die ordentliche Hauptversammlung der Betreibergesellschaft des “Le Freeport Luxembourg” statt. Der Verwaltungsrat
setzt sich nunmehr wie folgt zusammen:

Yves Bouvier, Gesellschafter
•
Olivier Thomas, Gesellschafter
•
David Arendt, Generaldirektor
•
Alphonse Berns (ehemaliger Botschafter, ständiger
Vertreter bei der NATO und hochrangiger Beamter im Finanzministerium) unabhängiges Verwaltungsratsmitglied
•
Robert Goebbels (ehemaliger Minister und Mitglied des
Europäischen Parlaments), unabhängiges Verwaltungsratsmitglied
Um sich seiner Verteidigung in laufenden Gerichtsverfahren zu widmen,
hat Yves Bouvier beschlossen, sich nicht mehr aktiv an der Führung
des Freeport Luxembourg zu beteiligen. Yves Bouvier bestreitet
nachdrücklich alle gegen ihn erhobenen Anschuldigungen und seine
Auszeit wird solange dauern bis diese Vorwürfe restlos widerlegt sind.
